Dear Friends and Supporters,
As the holiday season approaches, we want to take a moment to thank everyone who has supported us throughout the year. We genuinely appreciate each and every one of you who has helped in some way, big or small. Whether dog walking, assisting at events, transporting, helping with fundraising - you are all essential. This year has had many highs, including the placement of many wonderful dogs and expansion of our volunteer base. We have also experienced some painful moments, including the loss of one of our dogs, dear sweet Jenny.
We are grateful that because of you we are able to improve the lives of so many dogs. We provide them with a new leash on life. Each dog gets the medical care they desperately need. This year that included some of our highest medical expenses to date. All dogs are vaccinated, spayed or neutered, microchipped and provided with any additional care they need such as dental care, x-rays and more. We also provide our pups with temporary housing in the form of foster homes or boarding at one of our devoted partners, Pinebrook Kennels or Pampered Paws. In addition, each dog receives a tailored training and walking program. At the end of the day, we hope to improve the lives of these dogs as they wait for their forever homes. We strive to place each dog in their forever home, where they will be able to live a fulfilled and happy life.
The board of directors would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all you do to make this possible. We wish you and your family a healthy and happy holiday season.
